JAMMU, Oct 23: 2nd State Taekwondo Championship organized by Academy of Sports concluded here today.
More than 150 students from various schools participated in this championship.
On the occasion, the chief guest was Arvind Gupta, Additional Treasurer and Deepali Honda, Principal Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School, Paloura, who distributed the medals among the winners of the championship.
The Gold medals were bagged by Naman Sharma, Devank Sharma, Kanish Rathor, Bhavik Mahajan, Ajay Partap Singh, Pranav Gupta, Arman Ali, Himashu Dhiman, Sunil Sharma, Kunal, Akshya Kumar and Komal Dhiman, while the Silver medals were clinched by Nitish Sharma, Dhnivya Malhotra, Vash Preet Singh and Danish Ganjoo. The Bronze medals were secured by Gourav Kumar, Amit Sharma, Ridhi Sharma, Raj Kumar and Sandeep Thakur.
