UDHAMPUR, Apr 10: Under the supervision of Director, Rajesh Kumar, IGP, the 2nd round of debate competition at range level (training zone) was conducted at SKPA Udhampur on the topic ‘Respect for Human Right is Respect of Natural/Constitutional Laws of Responsible Society.”
The debate was coordinated by Ravinder Kumar Rao, DDP, Assistant Director (Indoor).
A total of 8 Officers of J&K Police posted at various training institutions of the state and 6 Trainee Prosecuting Officers undergoing Basic Induction Course at SKPA Udhampur participated in the competition.
Abhishek Sharma, SI (PTS Kathua), Bilal Ahmad, SI (PTS Manigam) wwere declared 1st and 2nd respectively.
Abdul Rashid Dar (Prosecuting Officer, SKPA) and S. Gurpreet Singh, Inspector (PTTI Vijaypur) shared the 3rdspot.
The motive of conducting debate competition was to spread awareness in respect of Human Rights and Natural/ Constitutional Laws among Police Personnel.
