SRINAGAR, Nov 16: The Jammu & Kashmir Baseball Association is going to conduct 10th edition of State Level 6 days long Baseball Championship commenceing from November 23 to November 28, 2015 at Islamia College of Science and Commerce ground, Hawal, here.
“The championship is open for all age-groups. Both Boys and Girls can participate in it,” General Secretary JKBA, Fida Hussain Fidvi said.
“We invite all our affiliated district Units and teams from different educational institutions of the state to register themselves in the Championship to the organizing secretary, Altaf Ur Rehman Physical Director of Islamia College, Hawal, Srinagar.
Fidvi said, that around 30 teams from across the state are expected to take part in the 6 days long event.
The Championship will be held under the Close supervision of Mushtaq Ahmad, Divisional Sports Officer Kashmir (JKSSC) under the auspices of Amateur Baseball Federation of India and will be sponsored by the J&K State Sports Council, Fidvi added.
