*Asks youth to take up sports for overall growth

JAMMU, Aug 21: Senior Vice President Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) Yudhvir Sethi today asked youth to take up sports for their overall growth. He said that sports not only develop physical endurance but also sharpens mind of humans.
He was addressing youngsters after inaugurating Muscle Talk-The Gym (Unisex) at City Plaza, here. Tarun, Siddharth, Ankush and Sourabh were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi lauded the offer of proprietors of the Gym of not charging any money from handicap and also introducing special cardio training for women under the able supervision of weight loss and cross fitness trainers. He said that in today’s world where everyone is under immense stress such sports activities prepare people to cope up and deal with day to day situations in much better manner.
Appreciating the efforts of proprietors, Yudhvir Sethi said the most appreciable part of this fitness Centre is that other than weight training, it offers Zumba, Cardio, nutritional solution and will remain open on all days.
He asked youngsters present on the occasion to take up sports and said that a healthy mind wrests in a healthy body for which each and every individual must train himself in such fitness centres.
The BJP leader added that irrespective of gender, age or profession, everyone must take up sports, join fitness sessions or practice Yoga.
Drugs is another menace which is eating into the vitals of society and such centres, he said will encourage more and more youth to take up sports and stay fit.
He lauded the efforts of owners in giving Jammu a state of the art Gym and hoped more and more people will enroll and take benefit.
Among others who were present on the occasion were owner of the Gym (Muscle Talk) Tarun and Sidhant,  Arun Sethi, Sunny Sehgal, Ravi, Bittu, Samjeev Jain, Nipun, Kamlesh Tak and Ankush.
