JAMMU, Dec 5: Wonder Kids International School, located in Dhinde Kalan, celebrated its much-anticipated Sports and Annual Day with great enthusiasm. The event was held under the supervision of the school’s Chairman, Amritpal Singh, and featured a variety of colorful cultural programs presented by the students.
The event was graced by MLA Dr. Narendra Singh as the chief guest, while SDPO RS Pura, Nikhil Gogna, attended as the special guest. Students participated in various sports competitions, displaying exceptional skill and sportsmanship. In addition to the sporting events, a vibrant cultural program showcased the talents of the young students, who captivated the audience with their performances.
During the event, students who secured the top three positions in their annual exams were honoured with prizes. Children who participated in the cultural programs were also rewarded for their efforts.
In his address, Chairman Amritpal Singh emphasized the importance of education, stating that parents should prioritize their children’s education, even at the cost of reducing daily expenses. MLA Dr. Narendra Singh also highlighted the significance of education, urging parents to focus on their children’s learning, as these young minds would shape the future of the nation. He further stressed the importance of educating children about global warming and environmental issues to foster sustainable development.
