JAMMU, Mar 12: Vying for the top honours, young shooters of the State displayed extraordinary skills and showed promise and composure on day-3 of the ongoing 9th J&K State Shooting Championship, being organised by J&K Rifle Association at Delhi Public School, here.
Some top performances were witnessed in .177 Air Rifle and Air Pistol events.
Keshav Dogra scored 378/400 in Sub Junior Men Rifle category, while Naina Saini scored 376/400 in Sub Junior Rifle Women category and Shreya Charak scored 344/400 in Sub Junior Women Pistol category.
The matches are conducted by Rajesh Virdhi, Chief Shooting Coach, assisted by Jagdish Singh, Tarun Dev Singh, Vishal Mehra and Anu Sharma, under the supervision of Sharat Chander Singh.
