JAMMU, Dec 23: Vivek Singh, son of Balbir Singh and Veeno Devi, Rakhshinda Mehak, daughter of Bashir Ahmed Dar and Rukhsara Akhtar (both students of J&K Samaj Kalyan Kendra School for Hearing Handicapped) clinched gold medals in the XXVIIth National Games of Deaf held at Ranchi in Jharkhand.
Nabed Ahmed Dar, son of Bashir Ahmed Dar and Rukhsara Akhtar and Shikha Kumari, daughter of Ram Pal and Bablee Devi bagged silver medals, while Rohit Nowshari, son of Raja Ji Nowshari and Rajni Ji Nowshari claimed bronze medal.
While Vivek, Rakhshinda and Rohit have passed 12th class, Nabeel and Shiksha are 12th class students.
