JAMMU, Nov 21: J&K Veterans Athletic Association today elected its new body of office bearers in its general body meeting held under the supervision of J&K Sports Council, here today.
The new office bearers of the Association are BR Chandan as chairman, Abdul Qayoom as president, Tarsem Lal Basotra as general secretary, Badri Nath as senior vice-president, Rajinder Nath, Riyaz Ahmed, Sudesh Basotra and Nighat Dilafroza as vice-presidents, Ved Pal Dewan and Fayaz Ahmed Palla as joint secretaries, Ram Pal Kapoor as organizing secretary and Vikas Dev Basotra as treasurer.
The election was supervised by Ravi Singh, Divisional Sports Officer, who was deputed as observer by the council.
