JAMMU, Mar 12: Varun Deep Sharma, son of Kuldeep Kumar Sharma, resident of New Plots, Jammu has bagged a gold medal by lifting 190 kg Bench Press (Raw) in 105 kg category in the recently concluded 11th National Bench Press and Powerlifting Championship at Delhi.
Varun Deep is a trainee of Ultimate Fitness The Gym, Vikas Nagar, Patoli.
He has a good record at the domestic as well as the national level.
