Jammu Nov 28 : UP Cricket Club and JKP XI trounced Young Blood Cricket Club and Tamil Nadu Cricket Club respectively in the ongoing Indain Unique T20 Cricket League 2013 which is being organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda in collaboration with 76 BN on Country Cricket Academy Gharota, here.
The first match was played between UP Cricket Club and Young Blood Cricket Club. Batting first after winning the toss, UP Cricket Club scored a total of 128 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in stipulated 18 overs. Amir was the highest scorer with 46 runs while Sachin contributed 20 runs. From Young Blood Cricket Club Sheru and Bhatti took 1 wicket each.
In reply, Young Blood Cricket Club bundled out for 99 runs in 18 overs.Vineet was the highest scorer with 34 runs while Deepak contributed 30 runs.
From UP Cricket Club, Mohsin and Akshay took 3 wicket each.
Mohsin of UP Cricket Club was declared as man of the match.
The second match was played between Tamil Nadu Cricket Club and JKP Jammu.Batting first after winning the toss, JKP Jammu scored a total of 122 runs by losing 5 wickets in stipulated 18 overs. Rajesh Gill was the highest scorer with 35 runs while Vivek contributed 29 runs. From Tamil Nadu Cricket Club, Laxman and Vivek took 2 and 1 wickets respectively
In reply, Tamil Nadu Cricket Club failed to Chase the target and managed to score of 104 runs in stipulated 18 overs. Raja was the highest scorer from Tamil Nadu Cricket Club, who scored 33 from JKP, Ankush and Rajesh Gill took 3 and 1 wickets respectively.
Ankush was declared as man of the match.
Mohd Amin and Saddam Hussain acted as umpire, while Wasim Raja was official Scorer.
