SRINAGAR, June 8: The final match of Kashmir Premier League Phase-3 was played between United Cricket Club, Srinagar and Star Cricket Club, Srinagar.
United Cricket Club scored a total of 158 runs in 20 overs. Star Cricket Club while chasing managed to score 146 runs in 19.3 overs, thus lost the match by a narrow margin of 12 runs.
Amir Aziz of United Cricket Club was declared man of the match. He scored 10 runs and took 3 wickets. Mudasir Ahmad Bhat of Ziwan Cricket Club, Srinagar was declared man of the series. He scored a total of 132 runs and took 6 wickets in the tournament. Prizes to winning and runners-up teams were given by Commanding Officer 7 Rashtriya Rifles (Punjab) and other civil dignitaries present on the occasion.
