JAMMU, Nov 16: The Shriram Universal School (TSUS) celebrated Annual Day with pomp and show in an impressive function here today.
The theme of the function was ‘Around the World’. The programme began with lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
The theme highlighted the programme which was about the different countries of the world.
The students of ‘Nanhe Kadam’ (Nursery), Pyare Kadam (LKG), Badthe Kadam (UKG), Form 1 performed on the music of different countries.
In the finale, children performed on Indian tune which was liked and appreciated by everyone present in the auditorium.
The function was graced by Abhishek Malhotra (Director of PCM Group), who congratulated the students and the team on putting up such a great show.
He also praised the way students took him through a journey around the world but still valued their own country.
Gulwant Binepal (Subject Expert SEL Group, Delhi) in her speech emphasised that parents and the school were equal stakeholders in ensuring the holistic development of each child.
She was pleased to note that TSUS Jammu is following the Shri Ethos to empower and nurture the young students.
The trustee of the school Sanjeev Gupta and Director Rajni Gupta congratulated the Principal, faculty members, students and parents of the school for making students smart and confident.
