JAMMU, Sept 17: Department of Youth Services and Sports today organised Inter-School Zonal Level Trial-cum-Selection competition for boys in disciplines of Kho-Kho, Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket and Football at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, R S Pura and Bana Singh Stadium, here.
The selection matches were conducted under the guidance of Sukhdev Raj Sharma (DYSSO, Jammu) and under the overall supervision of Chiter Lekha, ZEPO RS Pura. About 95 students drawn from different institutions participated in different disciplines.
The competition were conducted under technical officials of the department including Govind Singh PEM, Vijay Kumar PEM, Yash Saini PEM, Jugal Kishore PEM, Mohan Singh PEM, Kuldip Kour PEM, Vinod Kumar PEM, Kailash Choudhary, Taranpal Singh, Plabinder Singh REK, Davinder Singh, Asha Kumari and Pooja Jamwal REK.
