SRINAGAR, Oct 4: Hussaini Sports Club organized one day Trekking and Yoga Session for its executive members at Gulmarg, here today.
The contingent was flagged off by Director Tourism Kashmir, Nissar Ahmad Wani from TRC along with president of the Club, Tariq Rashid Ghani. The contingent trekked Khilanmarg and done ‘Yoga Session’ before the closing ceremony at Gulmarg Club.
“Organizing such activities at the hill stations will promote tourism in Kashmir which has been down since August 2019,” said Director Tourism.
Ahsan Ali, secretary of the Club said that youth should come forward and organize such activities to eradicate drugs from the society.
Certificates were distributed among the participants by vice-president, Vilayat Hussain in presence of senior member Zahid Hussain of the Club.
The event was sponsored by the Tourism Department in collaboration with Legends School of Education.
