JAMMU, Feb 23: The Global Delhi Public School celebrated its 1st Foundation Day with grandeur, marking its journey and commitment to education. The chief guest for the occasion was Dr. Rajiv Kumar, MLA Bishnah, while Rekha Rani, Principal of Boys Hr. Sec. School Bishnah, graced the event as the guest of honour.
The theme of the celebration, “Himalayan Sangam,” highlighted the rich culture and traditions of Northern India. The ceremony commenced with a tribute to Mother Saraswati by the chief guest, guest of honour, Managing Director Virinder Singh, Principal Surinder Kour, and other dignitaries.
The event showcased a variety of performances, including skits, speeches, acts and dance performances, reflecting the school’s vibrant atmosphere. Dr. Rajiv Kumar, MLA Bishnah, commended the school for its spectacular event and encouraged the audience to enroll their children in such a prestigious institution.
The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony and a vote of thanks by Managing Director Virinder Singh.
