The Cricket Club registers win over CCA XI Gharota

JAMMU, May 3: The Cricket Club registered win over Country Cricket Academy (CCA) XI Gharota in the league match and entered into the next round of the ongoing Summer Endurance U-16 Cricket League (50 over tournament), today.
Batting first after winning the toss, CCA XI Gharota made 147 runs by losing all the wickets. Bharti was the top scorer with 35 runs, while Agastya Sharma made 22 runs and remained not out. Kanav also chipped in 21 runs.
From The Cricket Club side, Shreya was the pick of the bowler, who scalped 4 wickets, while Abhay Tandon took 3 wickets, Umar Sadiq scalped 2 wickets and Anmol took 1 wicket.
In reply, The Cricket Club chased the target in 27 overs with major contribution of Udhay Pratap Singh of Udhampur. Aditya Abrol also made 25 runs.
From CCA XI Gharota side, Dhruv Parmar and Agastya Sharma scalped 2 wickets each.
