JAMMU, Oct 28: G.S Sports Club organised a symposium in Shiksha Niketan Higher Secondary School, Jammu in which participants of various schools of Jammu Province presented and expressed their views on the harmful effects of drugs.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) ACB, Gurmeet Singh was the chief guest, Arshad Noomani, Functional Manager Department of Industries & Commerce was the guest of honour and Dr Atul Sudan- President G.S Sports Club was the chief organiser of the function.
It was an inter-school competition and participants from various schools of Jammu Province participated and presented their views on the harmful effects of drugs and how the drugs are destroying the youth of Society. Misbha Kouser, a student of Class 11Arts of Shiksha Niketan School bagged first position and Shivani Sharma, a student of Class 12 of Science stream bagged 2nd Position, 3rd Position has been secured by Kamakshi of RMPS.
Director of the School, Risheek Mengi and Principal of the School, Rameshwar Mengi praised the G.S Sports Club for conducting the Symposium. They also advised the youth of society to stay away from drugs.
