Srinagar, Sept 23: Cricketer Suresh Raina today visited Kunzar play ground in North Kashmir Baramulla District and interacted with local youth.
An official said that Raina interacted with the youth in Kunzer and assured them of his full support in upgrading the sports infra-structure in the area to help realise their dreams.
He also hit some balls while playing with the local youth in the playground and gave them some batting tips.
Some of the players took selfies with the cricketer to capture the memorable moments, while others got autograph of their favorite star.
Eager to learn from an ace cricketer, the youngsters keenly listened to his advice
Raina, a Kashmiri Pandit, originally hails from Kokernag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district. He is on a visit to Kashmir valley to encourage youth and boost cricket in the Valley.
The 33-year-old left handed batsman represented India in more than 300 internationals in a career that spanned over 13 years.
