JAMMU, Mar 13: The 20th Dr Surendur Singh Memorial Golf tournament concluded at BSF Golf Course Frontier Headquarter BSF, Paloura Camp, here today.
The tournament was inaugurated by Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to Lt. Governor in the presence of NS Jamwal, EX-ADG BSF and DK Boora, IG BSF Frontier Jammu, while Sashi Singh wife of late Dr Surendur Singh also attended the prize distribution ceremony.
A total of 70 golfers participated in the tournament wherein the Best Gross winner title was won by Dr Anil Slathia, while runner up trophy went to Rohit Bhalla and Net winner of the tournament was Hari Lal, besides Net runner-up was secured by NS Jamwal.
Longest drive prize was won by Arihant Bhardwaj, while the nearest to pin prize was clinched by Vivek Bhandral and straight drive trophy went to MP Singh, besides maximum par was won by VM Singh, while maximum birdies trophy was secured by Sanhay Wahi and senior golfer gross winner was won by Dr Dinesh Wahi and runner up trophy was clinched by Dr SS Jamwal.
