JAMMU, July 13: Suminder Singh MD IDPS School Sunjwan and Akshit Mahajan have been nominated as patron and working president of Jammu District Chess Association respetively, here today.
It was disclosed by Atul Gupta, president All J&K Chess Association in a function, held at IDPS Sunjwan and welcomed Suminder Singh in the Association fold.
After being inducted into the Association Suminder Singh and Akshit Mahajan announced the IDPS Checkmate Independence Cup Chess Tournament for all categories of players on August 13. Interested players can contact Arvindu Sharma (7006939984) and Madhu Abrol (9858225294).
