Sujanpur TA crushes Param Risers, enters final

KATHUA, May 12: Sujanpur TA with its experience and superior fitness managed to defeat Param Risers by 4-1 goals in the football tournament, being organised by Hiranagar Football Club.
TA got early breakthroughs even before Risers could get hold of the game and put in three goals in first half.
Risers came back strong in second half and surprised the opposition with superior ball possession and attacks.
However, Risers conceded another goal on counter as they looked to push more players into opposite half.
Risers were finally rewarded for there efforts when Alam scored extraordinary goal through a diving header-off the cross by Arun Jasrotia. Hence match ended with Sujanpur TA sealing its berth in the final.
BJP Youth Leader Vikramaditya Singh, was present on the occasion and motivated the players.
The match was officiated by Vijay, Sachin and Rahul under the guidance of Ronie Sharma.
The second semifinal will be played tomorrow between Param FC and FC United Kathua.
