JAMMU, Apr 3: J&K Sports Powerlifting Association is organizing Sub Junior State Powerlifting Championship (Men & Women) equipped and unequipped on April 8, 2015 at Fittness First Gym Pacca Danga, here.
The decision in this regard was taken in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Rajan Jain, general secretary and attended by Megha Jain (women secretary), Rakesh Kumar (joint secretary) and Inderpal Singh (joint secretary).
This Championship is being held to pick the players for the upcoming Sub-Junior (M&W) equipped and unequipped National Powerlifting Championship to be held at Tamil Nadu from May 23 to 26, 2015.
According to a handout issued here, the body weighing will be held on April 8 at Fitness First Gym, Pacca Danga between 4 pm to 5 pm.
