JAMMU, Nov 17: Students of Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 Gandhi Nagar (Jammu) outshined in Cluster level competitions at various venues of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) Jammu Cluster.
Different competitions for primary level children were organized by KVS for all the nine clusters of the Region.
In Spot Painting Competition at K V Bantalab, Pragun Sharma of V-A bagged 1st prize and Anshikha Raj of IV D got 2nd prize. In Tele Fun Race during Cluster level Sports Meet at K V No 2, Jammu, Priyanka of IV C secured 1st prize. In Bag Packing Race, Komal of Clas III C won 2nd prize, in 100 m Race Raghav of V D bagged 2nd prize and in Skipping Prabhjot Singh of V B won 3rd prize.
In Cluster Level Quiz Competition at K V Sunjuwan, 3rd Prize was shared by Ashutosh Singh and Anika Khajuria of V A and Pranav Sharma and Kasak of IV A.
T R Choudhary, principal, KV No 1, Gandhi Nagar, applauded the achievements of the students during a special assembly and felicitated them. JK Dhiman, Incharge Head Master, Yogesh Katyal and Santosh Koul, Coordinator, CCA activities (Primary Wing) were present in the specially called assembly of the achievers.
