KATRA, Sept 6: A general body meeting of Katra Indian Style Wrestling Association (KISWA) was organised at Hotel Shree Palace, here to chalk out planning for upcoming Navratra Festival’s Dangal which is scheduled to be held at SMVD Sports Stadium on October 10.
On this occasion, Prithvi Raj Sharma (Retired SP and treasurer J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association) was the chief guest, whereas Ram Paul Sharma, social activist, prominent Wrestling promoter was the guest of honour and chairman of the Association Shiv Kumar Sharma disclosed the three agenda points which were unanimously passed by all the members the meeting.
It was also discussed to felicitate two Olympians including Rakesh Kumar and Jyoti Balyan (International Archery players) and Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, National Teachers Awardee-2021.
The vote of thanks was presented by Raj Kumar Padha, general secretary of the KISWA.
