JAMMU, May 19: To pick the players for the forthcoming Senior National Powerlifting Championship to be held at Goa from September 16 to September 21, 2014, the J&K Sports Powerlifting Association in collaboration with Galaxy Gym is organizing State Powerlifting Championship on August 8 and August 9, 2014 at MA Stadium, here.
The Association has advised the players interested to take part in the Championship to report to the organizers for body weighing on August 7, 2014 at the Office of the Association at 3-A/C Gandhi Nagar between 10 am to 1 pm.
The decision was taken in the meeting of the Association held today under the chairmanship of its general secretary, Rajan Jain and attended by other officials including Narinder Singh, Ajay Sharma, Surinder Singh Gilli and Vinay Sharma.
