JAMMU, Sept 2: The 12-member State Badminton team including 9 players and 3 officials left today for Rohtak, Haryana to participate in the Sub Junior National Badminton Championship, being held from September 4 to 7, 2014.
The players have been selected on the basis of selection trials conducted by J&K Badminton Association at Jammu from August 25 to August 27, 2014.
The team: Savinay Mengi, Aamil Ishaq Ahmed, Aryan Verma, Aesh Goswami, Naman Mansotra, Mehak Mughal, Noor Mughal, Bhavini and Rashami Kashyap.
The team is being accompanied by Balbir Singh Jamwal and Nipul Jasrotia as managers and Satpal Sharma as coach.
