JAMMU, May 8: Promising peddlers Sourav, Iknoor and Saksham lifted Under-12 boys, Under-17 girls and Under-14 boys titles respectively on day-3 of the ongoing Jammu Open Table Tennis Championship, being organized by City Police Station, under the supervision of SHO Vishal Sharma, here.
Mr Sharma and his team witnessed all the matches and encouraged the participants by cheering them for their splendid performances.
Earlier, in Cadet Boys Under-12 final, Sourav bt Madhav by 3-2, while in Cadet Boys Under-12 semifinals, Sourav beat Rohan by 3-1 and Madhav drubbed Tejas by 3-0.
In Girls Under-17 finals, Iknoor outplayed Ragini by 3-1, while in Sub Junior Boys Under- 14 finals, Saksham defeated Manay by 3-1.
Earlier, in Sub Junior Boys Under- 14 semifinals, Saksham outplayed Rohan by 3-0 and Manay Mansotra got the better of Sourav by 3-1.
The matches were officiated by Meenu Rajesh, Hanumant Sharma, Anuj Gupta, Ritvik Gupta, Vasu Dewan and Asad Sharma.
