JAMMU, Nov 16: SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Jammu celebrated 17th Annual Day in the school campus with great zeal and gusto, here.
Choudhary Lal Singh, Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment was the chief Guest on the occasion, while Ayodhya Gupta, District President BJP was guest of honour.
Principal of the school, RK Dhar presented welcome address.
After the presentation of bouquets the traditional lighting of lamp ceremony was held.
Students displayed Various culture items like skit, Qwali, Bhangra, solo songs, dances, and other items based on different themes.
The chief guest gave away certificates and medals to the students who brought laurels to school in different fields like sports and academics.
Chief guest threw light on the need to provide quality education to the students, while Principal presented mementoes to the chief guest and Geeta Bhan presented vote of thanks.
The program concluded with the singing of National Anthem.
