JAMMU, Mar 18: Smiley Gupta, 10th semester student of The Law School, University of Jammu has been appointed vice chairman of the State Youth Committee (SYC) of Bharat Scouts and Guides by its Joint State Secretary, J&K.
She has been recognized for her outstanding leadership qualities and tireless efforts in raising the profile of the scout movement in the J&K State.
She has been deeply committed to and involved in the community development initiatives of the J&K state Bharat Scouts and Guides.
