SKCC drubs Readers Cafe Club by 72 runs

JAMMU, Apr 6: Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Club (SKCC) thrashed Reader Cafe Club by a big margin of 73 runs in an exhibition match played at Mandal Cricket Ground, here.
After winning the toss, SKCC led by Aman S Cheema choose to bat first to set a target of 141 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
Cheema top scored with 51 runs off 51 balls while Shiva contributed 34 runs off 21 balls and Parth also chipped in with 20 runs off 23 balls. For Readers Cafe Cricket club led by Vivek Suri, Yash Khajuria, Vivek and Rahul Khatri claimed one wicket each.
Chasing the target, Readers Cafe Club bundled out for paltry total of 69 runs to lose the match by 72 runs. Raghav was the only batsman to cross doubler figure mark, scoring 18 runs off 24 balls.
From SKCC, Sunil, Rohit Jatt and Shiva took 2 wickets each, while Jimmy, Vikas and Anil Langeh also claimed 1 wicket each. Aman Cheema was adjudged as the man of the match for his fabulous batting display.
