JAMMU, Aug 23: Ishita Singh of Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu bagged three gold medals in Under-19 girls’ quads, while Divey Gupta of Kendriya Vidyalaya clinched four gold medals in Under-19 girls’ inline event of the District Level Inter-School Roller Skating Competition, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, here.
The Competitions were held under the patronage of Navin Agarwal, Director General Youth Services and Sports and under the supervision of Ved Parkash, Deputy Director and Sukhdev Raj, DYSSO, Jammu.
Earlier, Ishita won gold medals in quads 300 meters, 1000 meters and road race, while Kanishka bagged silver in 300 meters and Jasleen won silver in 1000 meters and road race. Aashima won bronze in 300 meters, while Ujwal claimed bronze in 1000 meters and road race.
In Under-19 girls’ inline, Divey Gupta clinched gold in 300 meters, 500 meters, 1000 meters and road race, while the silver and bronze in all these events went to Ria Wadhera and Shaguneet Kour respectively.
In Under-19 boys quads, Pallav Gupta bagged gold in 300 meters, while Amrit Pal won gold in 1000 meters and road race. The silver medal in 300 meters Under-19 boys quads went to Amrit Pal, while Pallav Gupta bagged silver in 1000 meters and road race respectively. Dhruv clinched bronze medals in 300 meters and 1000 meters, while Lakshay claimed bronze in road race in this event.
In Under-19 boys inline, Aayush Jaggi won gold in 300 meters and road race, while Parth Chib won gold in 500 meters and 1000 meters. The silver and bronze in 300 meters went to Akhil Sharma and Parth Chib respectively, while the silver and bronze medals in 500 meters and 1000 meters inline were claimed by Aayush Jaggi and Akhil Sharma respectively. In road race Under-19 boys inline, Parth Chib and Akhil Sharma claimed silver and bronze medals respectively.
