JAMMU, July 3: Scripting a convincing win over Wild Riders Football Club in the summit clash, Silent Football Club lifted the title trophy of the ongoing 7-a-Side futsal Football Tournament, organised by Cantt Star Football Club at Satwari ground, here today.
The Tournament was held under the chairmanship of Amardeep Singh, International Footballer and Executive Member of JKFA, under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association.
Silent FC defeated Wild Riders by two goals to nil (2-0) in an easy contest.
Romesh Chander, Vice President Jammu and Kashmir Football Association was the chief guest on the closing ceremony, who along with other dignitaries presented trophies to the winners adn runners-up teams.
Prominent among others who were present on the occasion were Pawan Singh, Charan Dass, Rumal Singh, Prithvi Raj, Vijay Vaid, Dalbir Mehta, Rakesh Kumar, Kamaljeet and Sham Lal.
