Shreya of KC Public wins U-14 girls 100 Mtr Free Style gold

JAMMU, Sept 26: Shreya Sharma of KC Public School exhibited anticipation, agility and skill to claim gold in Under-14 girls 100 Meter Free Style event of the Jammu District One-Day Swimming Competition, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports at KC Public School, here.
The silver medal in this category went to Sabha Jamwal of Jodhamal Public School and the bronze medal was bagged by Ananya Thappa of JK Public School, Jammu.
The competition in which over 50 female swimmers participated was held under the overall supervision of Tirath Ram, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Jammu.
Meanwhile, in Under-14 girls 50 meter Free Style, Sututi Kuthial of Jodhamal Public School bagged gold, while Rohini Singh of Army Public School and Epsita of Presentation Convent, Jammu claimed silver and bronze medal respectively.
In Under-17 girls, the 100 meter Free Style gold went to Garima of KC Public and the silver was bagged by Arya of KC International, while the 50 meter Free Style gold was again won by Garima of KC Public, silver by Vdhaya of KC International and bronze by Archita of KC International.
Epista of Presentation Convent bagged gold in 100 meter Breast Stroke, while Yatiksha of KC Public claimed silver in this event.
The 4×100 meter Free Style Relay gold was claimed by KC Public School, while silver went to KC International in this event.
Meanwhile, in swimming Under-19 girls, Sumedha Choudhary of KC Public School claimed gold in 100 meter Free Style, while Sumedha Sharma of the same school bagged silver in this event. The bronze medal went to Sabia of Heritage Public School, Jammu.
The Under-19 girls 50 meter Free Style gold went to Sabia of Heritage Public School, silver to Sumedha Choudhary of KC Public School and the bronze to Sumedha Sharma of KC Public School.
Meanwhile, in 100 meter Back Stroke, Arshiya Kalra of KC Public claimed gold, Sumedha Sharma of the same school bagged silver, while in Under-19 girls 50 meter Back Stroke, Arshiya Kalra of KC Public School won gold and the silver went to Sumedha Sharma of the same school.
