Sher-e-Kashmir CC scripts win in T20

JAMMU, Dec 30: Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Club (SKCC) registered 19 runs win over Bishnah Cricket Club in a nail biting low scoring friendly match played at Sikanderpur ground, here today.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, SKCC led by Aman Cheema set a target of 118 runs in allotted 20 overs. Gurpreet Singh and Pankaj Khajuria contributed 17 runs each, while Sumit Verma chipped in with 12 runs to the total.
For Bishnah Cricket Club, Roshan, Santosh, Pankaj and Ashwani scalped two wickets each. Manik and Sachin also claimed 1 wicket each.
In reply, Bishnah Cricket Club scored 98 runs in 18.3 overs, thus lost the match by 19 runs. Ankush played a fine inning of 34 runs, while Gourav scored 23 runs. Pankaj khujria displayed good bowling skills and conceded only 18 runs in his 4 overs, while Vikas Manhas claimed 3 wickets. Jimmy and Shahrukh scalped 2 wickets each. Anil Langeh, Anmol Manhas and Happy Singh also claimed 1 wicket each. Vikas Katoch of SKCC was adjudged as the man of the match for taking 3 wickets.
