Shankara CC beats ACE Cricket Club by 95 runs

JAMMU, Sept 11:  Shankara CC drubbed ACE Cricket Club by 95 runs in the ongoing Kashmiri Pandit Cricket League, organised by Safran CC at KC Sports Club Ground, here today.
ACE won the toss and elected to bowl first. Batting first, Shankara CC scored 167 runs with the loss of 6 wickets wherein Mohit Koul scored 52 runs off 37 balls, while Ritik and Avi contributed 24 and 19 runs while facing 9 and 19 balls respectively. From bowling side, Sumit and Rukul took 2 wickets each while conceding 24 and 27 runs respectively.
In reply, ACE Cricket Club bundled out at 72 runs wherein Vishal Raina made highest 30 runs while Nihal Koul scored 17 runs. From the bowling side, Rahul Raina bagged 4 wickets and Parveen Raina clinched 2 wickets.
Kanwal Peshin was the chief guest, while Avtar Krishan Tickoo, former Ranji player was the guest of honour. The match was officiated by Vijay Raina and Ashok Singh.
