Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s birth anniversary celebrated

JAMMU, Sept 27: Shree Vishwakarma Library and Research Centre (SVLARC) New Plot today celebrated 113th birthday anniversary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, here today.
Offering tribute to Bhagat Singh, a retired Marine Commando (MARCOS) and executive member of the Centre, Kuldeep Kumar carried out cycle run (Solo) from Satwari Jammu Cantonment to Chadwal (Kathua) and back to Satwari Jammu Cantonment by covering nearly 113 kms distance in five and half hours and aware the people about contribution of Bhagat Singh to make India free from the British rule.
Ramesh Angotra applauded the effort of retired Marine Commando for carrying out cycle run to aware youth and society.
Vice-chairman Raman Chalotra reiterated the slogans of Shaheed Bhagat Singh what he had spoken against the British rule, ‘They kill me, but they cannot kill my ideas’ and ‘they can crush my body, but they will not be able to crush my spirit’ during his address.
The members also distributed sweets among people and chanted slogans ‘Bhagat Singh Zindabad’and ‘Long Live Bhagat Singh’.
