JAMMU, May 15: Thai Boxing Federation of India has selected seven players from J&K for playing in International Thai Boxing Championship, which is going to be held in Bhutan (Phuntsholing) from May 21 to 26.
The selected players are Gourav Sharma, Mohinder Singh, Ankush Sharma, Nihal Lalotra, Nikhil Manhas, Prince Soodan and Pritam Singh.
Minister for Health and Medical Education, Bali Bhagat, as a patron for the promotion of games and sports in the State, has patronized these players to participate in the international competition. The Minister also distributed sports kit among the selected players and gave best wishes to them for the championship.
