Semis lineup drawn in VK Kohli Memorial Hockey Tournament

Jammu, Mar 24: Semifinals position has been cleared in the ongoing State Hockey Championship 2016 for VK Kohli Memorial Trophy, being organized by Hockey J&K at KK Hakhu Astroturf Hockey Stadium, here.
J&K Police, Jammu Rural, Jammu West and BSF Jammu have sealed berths in the semifinals.
Now in the semifinals, J&K Police will take on BSF Jammu at 9 am tomorrow, while Jammu Rural will face Jammu West at 10:30 am.
Earlier, in the quarterfinals, J&K Police defeated Jammu Central by three goals to nil (3-0), Jammu Rural defeated Udhampur by six goals to one (6-1) and Jammu West got better of BSF Kashmir by four goals to one (4-1), while BSF Jammu had already reached the semifinals.
The matches were officiated by Karanjeet Singh, Jagjeet Singh, Joginder Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Kulwant Singh and Gurjeet Singh, while the Championship is being held under the supervision of GS Bakshi, general secretary Hockey J&K.
