Semifinal round of ‘School’s Got Talent’ Auditions held

JAMMU, Aug 16: French Club, Jammu conducted the auditions of semifinal round of “School’s Got Talent” that included Dancing, Singing and Acting in the premises of DBN, Vidya Mandir, here.
13 Schools participated in the auditions to vie for the top honours.
The motive behind the auditions is to promote hidden talents of the state.
MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion, who lavished praise on the organizers for having provided the opportunities to the young budding talent and also appreciated the best performers in the auditions.
Rajinder Gupta and Brij Mohan, famous music composers of Jammu were the guests of honour.
Harmeen Kour, Vice President, French Club, Nisha Reshi, General Secretary and Preeti Bhat, Joint Secretary, appreciated the performances of the budding artists of the state.
The Judges of the event were Vivek Mohan, Karan Malhotra, Pawan Gupta, Ankush Padha, Mohini Thappa, Shivani Kapoor and the French Club members who were present on the occasion included Ankit Arora, Damini Dubey, Sugandhi Goel, Sonali Sharma, Roger, Rajesh Chib, Ridhi Sudan and Vanshika.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Sandhya Hans.
