Selection trials of 2nd PPCPL held at Bhaderwah

JAMMU, May 13: Selection trials for picking probable for the auction of the 2nd Police Public Cricket Premier League (PPCPL) were conducted at Govt PG College ground Bhaderwah for the players of Doda, Kishatwar and Bhaderwah.
The trials were conducted by the team of selectors which included ZPEO Pritam Kotwal, Sameer Malik, Babar Mughal, Rahul Sharma and Arif Butt.
The league is being organized under the chairmanship of MK Sinha IGP Jammu.
The participating teams include AKN Strikers, Horizon Kings, KC Sports Club, Vriddhi Royals, Patel Cricket Club, Count & Fitness Hurricanes, Samar Strikers, KC Royals, GSI Tigers and Game Changers.
Total 45 players from Bhaderwah, Doda and Kishatwar participated and fourteen cricketers have been selected for the auction of 2nd PPCPL.
Probable: Sahil Nasir, Owais Bin Naseer, Sourav Katoch, Sartik Rakwal, Yougesh, Ritik, Farhan Wani, Vikram, Rajeev, Naveed Shapoo, Awais Dar, Soban Summer Batt, Fardeen Malik and Toufeeq Umar.
“The auction of the selected players will be held at 9.30 am on May 18 at Police Auditorium under the supervision of IGP Jammu,” informed Rajesh Gill, Organising Secretary of the event.
