JAMMU, Feb 9: Sanatan Dharam Kanya Vidyalaya, Jullaka Mohalla celebrated its 122nd Foundation day, here today.
The function started with recitation of Saraswati Vandana which followed lighting of ceremonial lamp by chief guest, JMC Councillor, Jagdish Sharma of Ward number 2.
Hawan was also performed on this occasion and the students of class ninth and tenth presented cultural programmes.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Kuldeep Anand, president; Sat Pal Singh, vice president; H.L Vidyarthi, secretary; Murari Lal, treasurer; Kuldeep Sharma and Kamal Sharma, members of the School.
The programme culminated with vote of thanks by Sareshta Gupta, Principal of the School.
