Sarthak guides RNCCA to convincing victory

JAMMU, Apr 28: Sarthak Peshin scored handsome 42 runs to help Col RN Chopra Cricket Academy (RNCCA) to 5-wicket win over GD Goenka Public School in the Tri-Series Cricket Championship organized by RNCCA under the supervision of coach Sukumal Ganguly and assistant coach Deepak Dogra, here.
Earlier, batting first, GD Goenka bundled out for a paltry total of 102 runs in 22.5 overs. Akshun was to scorer with 28 runs and Ayam contributed 18 runs to the total. For RN Chopra Academy, Aditya Chib, Abid Singh, Umang Gupta and Ayush claimed 2 wickets each.
In reply, RNCCA rode a superb knock of 42 runs by Sarthak Peshin and scored the required runs in just 14.1 overs by losing 5 wickets, thus won the match by 5 wickets. Sujit also contributed valuable 24 runs to the total. Agriney took 2 wickets for GD Goenka School.
Apart from these two teams, RRL School is also participating in the tournament.
