JAMMU, Feb 18: Sarod recital was performed at Jammu Sanskriti School today by SaMaPa Aalap-2014, here today
Galaxy of dignitaries attended the function, which included Sourabh Bhagat, Transport Commissioner, who was the chief guest and Uttam Chand, AIG CIV, Randheer Singh, SP Headquaters, Ranjeet Kalra, Assistant Director Academics Staff Colleges University of Jammu, who were the guests of honour. The programme started with the lighting of lamp followed by the welcome song. The programme was compered by Nidhi Kohli.
The Concert featured the Sarod recital by the internationally acclaimed Pt Joydeep Ghosh accompanied by Pt Mithilesh Jha on Tabla.
Scintillating Sarod Recital left the audience enthralled.
Vote of thanks was presented by the School Principal, Rohini Aima.
