JAMMU, Mar 29: Players showed promise and composure in Taolu events, while pre-quarterfinals position has been drawn in Sanshou events in the ongoing 17th Sub Jr National Wushu Championship, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Wushu Association, under the aegis of Wushu Association of India at MA Stadium, here.
Vijay Saraf, President Wushu Association of J&K was the chief guest on the occasion, who was accompanied by Suhel Ahmed General Secretary Wushu Association of India, while Kuldeep Handoo, chief coach of India was also present on the occasion.
In Taolu events, the gold medals went to SB Athirai of Tamil Nadu, Punya Shrestha of Delhi, O Melengabi Devi of Manipur, Ayush Thapa of Delhi, Th Bonish Singh of Manipur and Anshita Pandey of Madhya Pradesh.
