JAMMU, Nov 18: Defeating its rivals convincingly in the summit clashes, SAI Club lifted the boys and girls title trophies of Jammu District Kho-Kho Championship, here today.
Earlier, in boys final, SAI Club defeated Striker Club by 4 points, while in girls title clash, SAI Club defeated Diamond Club by a solitary point.
Anil Gupta, president J&K Democratic Front was the chief guest on the valedictory function, who distributed prizes among the winners and runners-up teams on the occasion.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, secretary J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association; Manjeet Singh, secretary J&K Korfball Association; Rajesh Dutta, J&K Body Building Association and BS Tirthi, secretary J&K Kho-Kho Association.
The matches were officiated by Gagan Kumar, Raman, Vishal, Ajit Singh, Bindu Malhotra, Heena and Suyas Singh.
