JAMMU, May 14: The two days long Sahodaya Judo Tournament concluded at GD Goenka Public School, here today.
The chief guest for the tournament was Sanya Bansal, Director, GD Goenka Public School.
The prestigious school of Jammu Sahodaya participated in the event.
GD Goenka Public School bagged the overall Winner’s Trophy with a grand total of 135 points and total of 20 gold medals. The first runner up was BSF School with 62 points. The Best player of the Tournament (girls) was awarded to Anisha Sapolia from GD Goenka. The Best Player of the Tournament (boys) was awarded to Mridul Kerni from Model Academy.

Among others present were Sandeep Jaiswal, HOD Sports Department and his entire team, Mamta Suri, HOD Art and Craft Department and her entire team and Shalini Jaiswal, HOD Music and Dance Department, Goenkan coaches Vishal Singh Jamwal and Avinash Sharma, Kavita Singh, Senior Coordinator and Mamta Aggarwal, Middle School Coordinator.
