Rural Sports Competition concludes at Block RS Pura

JAMMU, Sept 18: Inter-Panchayat Rural Sports Competition of Block RS Pura under Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyan (RGKA) in the disciplines of Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Athletics and Wrestling concluded at Govt Boys High School Simbal Camp, here today.
The Competitions were held under the supervision of ZPEOs RS Pura and Miran Sahib, Chander Kanta and Poonam Kotwal. I/c Headmaster GBHS, Chanchal Sharma and Sarpanches Raja Singh and Kasturi Lal were present on the occasion.
The Competitions were organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports under the patronage of its Director General, Jehangir Mir and chairmanship of Joint Director, Madan Lal.
Over 120 students drawn from various Panchayats of Block RS Pura participated in the Competitions.
The matches were officiated by Govind Singh, Kulbir Singh, Umesh Sharma, Vijay Kumar, Veer Paul, Vinod Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Hardeep Kour, Gurcharan Kour, Gurmeet Singh, Dharbari Lal, Ravinder Kumar, Narinder Kour and Anita Kour.
