BANDIPORA, Oct 19: District Bandipora Rugby Championship, organized by District Rugby Association Bandipora concluded at S K Stadium, here today.
Prominent cricketer of the district, Ishtiyaq Ahmed was the chief guest on the occasion, while Faisal Ali chairman of Ali’s Sports Academy was the guest of honour.
In Senior competition, Nadihal Young Guns defeated Garoora Warriors by 5-1 in the finals, while in Junior competition, Bagh High School Tigers trounced Future Vision Kings by 3-1 tries and in Sub Junior competition, Army Goodwill School Tigers outplayed Future Vision Lions by 2-1 tries.
