Royal Tigers wins inaugural tie against Bantalab Riders

JAMMU, Jan 2: Royal Tigers registered win over Bantalab Riders by 4 wickets in the inaugural tie of the Mayank Goswani Cricket Academy (MGCA) T-20 Cricket Tournament, which commenced today at MGCA cricket academy Muthi.
Batting first after winning the toss, Bantalab Riders made 125 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. Rakshit was the top scorer with unbeaten 47 runs and was ably supported by Rahil by 22 runs.
For Royal Tigers, Sahil Gandotra and Bismadh took two wickets each.
In reply, Royal Tigers chased down the target on the back of a solid 54 runs by Achintya. Sahil made unbeaten 17 runs, while Paras scored 15 runs.
For Bantalab Riders, Sahil took 2 wickets.
Achintya for his half century was declared as Man of the Match.
