Rich Harvest School celebrates 8th Annual Day

JAMMU, Jan 22: Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana celebrated its 8th Annual Day with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm, here today.
The chief guest on the occasion was Prof RD Sharma, Vice Chancellor University of Jammu, while S. Sambana, KV Sangathan was the guest of honour.
Senior Congress leader, Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak presided over the function. Prominent among other dignitaries present on the occasion were Surekha Charak, Chairperson Dogra Educational Trust, Samar Dev Charak, Secretary Dogra Educational Trust, Bela Thakur, Principal Dogra Degree College, Gambhir Dev Singh Charak, Managing Director Rich Harvest School and Ruchi Charak, Director Rich Harvest School.
Earlier, Principal Anita Bhatia presented welcome address.
The function started with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries on the occasion.
Formal welcome was accorded by primary wing coordinator, Shashi Jamwal.
The Principal presented the school report highlighting the achievements of meritorious students amongst thunderous applause. Annual Newsletter was also released by the dignitaries on the occasion.
Beautifully choreographed musical extravaganza revolved around Navras (nine emotions).
The function commenced with Gayatri Mantra and prayers for world peace. The elite gathering was visibly moved while watching a skit on Vridh Asharam.
The chief guest Prof RD Sharma in his speech asked the children to look at life from a different perspective.
Vice Chairperson Uma Katal in her speech divulged her vision for the 21st century.
Thakur GS Charak in his inspiring presidential address coerced the students of Rich Harvest to work diligently and aspire for higher goals to make a great Nation.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Anita Khajuria. The program culminated with singing of National Anthem.
It is pertinent to mention here that Rich Harvest School is a social initiative of SG Dogra Foundation. The sole motto of the school is to impart Quality Education.
